Technical Service / Drafting Dept.

Position Overview:
• Customer assistance
• Data Entry
• Manufacturing

General Responsibilities:
• Providing AutoCAD drawings
• Providing job quotes and general pricing to our representatives
• General customer assistance with product knowledge and application
• Entering components into our inventory system for release
• Updating / correcting components in our inventory system
• Assisting / overseeing other in-house projects as needed
• Hands-on assistance on the production floor when needed

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Able to read and understand blueprints & technical specifications
• Good Analytical skill
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
• Good telephone skills
• AutoCAD proficiency
• CNC / manufacturing programming experience not required but preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General computer knowledge and skill proficiency (including experience using Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel, etc.)

Education Requirements:
• (2) Year Associates Degree OR (2) years of technical training/background preferred

Technical Service Department / Manufacturing Programmer

Position Overview:
1.) Customer assistance (via phone interaction):
• Providing AutoCAD drawings to our customers and manufacturing representatives
• Providing job quotes and general pricing to our manufacturing representatives
• General customer assistance with product knowledge and technical application

2.) Data Entry:
• Entering components into our inventory system for release
• Updating / correcting components in our inventory system
• Assisting / overseeing other in-house projects as needed
• Manufacturing:
• Hands-on interaction on the production floor when needed

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Able to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications
• Good Analytical skills

• Strong computer skills with MS Word and Excel
• AutoCAD proficiency
• CNC / manufacturing programming experience not required but preferred
