Technical Service / Drafting Dept.

Position Overview:
• Customer assistance
• Data Entry
• Manufacturing

General Responsibilities:
• Providing AutoCAD drawings
• Providing job quotes and general pricing to our representatives
• General customer assistance with product knowledge and application
• Entering components into our inventory system for release
• Updating / correcting components in our inventory system
• Assisting / overseeing other in-house projects as needed
• Hands-on assistance on the production floor when needed

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Able to read and understand blueprints & technical specifications
• Good Analytical skill
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats
• Good telephone skills
• AutoCAD proficiency
• CNC / manufacturing programming experience not required but preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General computer knowledge and skill proficiency (including experience using Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel, etc.)

Education Requirements:
• (2) Year Associates Degree OR (2) years of technical training/background preferred

Technical Service Department / Manufacturing Programmer

Position Overview:
1.) Customer assistance (via phone interaction):
• Providing AutoCAD drawings to our customers and manufacturing representatives
• Providing job quotes and general pricing to our manufacturing representatives
• General customer assistance with product knowledge and technical application

2.) Data Entry:
• Entering components into our inventory system for release
• Updating / correcting components in our inventory system
• Assisting / overseeing other in-house projects as needed
• Manufacturing:
• Hands-on interaction on the production floor when needed

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Able to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications
• Good Analytical skills

• Strong computer skills with MS Word and Excel

Technical Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
• ERP / Data Entry
• Research
• Reporting

General Responsibilities:
• Assist in building a new pricing structure for our grease duct products
• Assist with creating new and/or updating product literature / installation instructions
• Researching and overseeing for potential new opportunities using our CMD and Dodge Viewer Tracking program
• Creating packets for our representatives and sending them out to the appropriate offices which include drawings, specifications, job locations, bid dates, etc.
• Creating management reports to track the projects we are sending out VS the projects that are coming to us from our representatives so we can evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
• Following up with outstanding projects that have been researched and distributed.
• Intuitive / Database Entry
• . Assisting the Technical Department with entering components into our inventory system for release.
• . Assisting the Technical Department with updating / correcting components in our ERP system.
• . Assisting / overseeing other in-house projects as needed, and various other duties to assist the Technical Department and Sales Managers.

Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview:
Territory: USA & Canada (actual region to be determined)
Travel: Company vehicle or by flying, when necessary

General Responsibilities:
• Hire new Manufacturing Representatives, replace when necessary. Make sure Van-Packer has adequate representation in all states or providence within your region.
• Make sales calls on a regular basis, to educate, call on engineers, and contractors.
• Determine if special discounts are necessary.
• If a problem occurs, handle it fairly and quickly. Do not let a problem get out of hand.
• Communicate often with the Employees at the factory to make them aware of problems, successes, and your schedule.
• Setup and attend regional sales meetings.
• Be knowledgeable to all Van-Packer products, and competitor’s products.
• Have marketing skills to keep our literature up to date and relevant.
• Must have the ability to do a Power Point Presentation for Sales Calls.
• Must submit weekly expense reports to the Accounts Payable Department at the factory.
• Work closely with Van-Packer’s other Regional Sales Manager.
• Be aware of changes in the industry and advise the General Manager of such changes.
